What is the business story behind TONY RABBS®?

TONY RABBS® was created as an exclusive clothing brand to target college students in major cities across the United States and Mexico. The result was overwhelming. We now receive orders from people of all ages and from all over the world.

Why is the TONY RABBS® brand so appealing to our customers?

The TONY RABBS® brand is a symbol of courage and determination. We offer top quality products with a very unique style in the international market.

Where are your products shipped from?

​

Our warehouse is located in northern Mexico (near the border with the United States) for international strategic expansion. All our products are shipped from Mexico to more than 200 countries around the world.​​​​​​

How can I pay for my order?

​​

We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is the world's most well-known online payment system. We also use Stripe's payment platform to accept and process payments online for all major debit and credit cards.  We have the most secure method of sending and receiving funds.

How long will it take me to get my international order?

​

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. Please add one business day to your estimated shipping time.

For international air shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx), you will receive your order within 3-10 business days ($99.99 USD). Some delays may occur during holiday season so please take this into consideration.

How long will it take me to get my order to the United States (Except Alaska and Hawaii)?

​

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. Please add one business day to your estimated shipping time due to the packing process.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Ground shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx) from our warehouse in Mexico to the United States takes about 5 to 10 business days ($29.99 USD). Ground shipping is the most used shipping option from our American customers. Air shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx) from our warehouse in Mexico to the United States takes about 3 to 6 business days ($69.99 USD). Some delays may occur during holiday season so please take this into consideration

How can I check the status of my order?

​

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will include all the information you need [payment, product(s) details, shipment date, tracking number and shipping carrier].

Can I cancel or change my order?

​

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I exchange my order?

​

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our Shipping & Returns page and make a new purchase for the item(s) you want through our site.

How do I return my order?

​

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page to initiate the returns process.

Does TONY RABBS® pay for return shipping?

​

TONY RABBS® will only pay for return shipping if an item is defective or we make a mistake in your order.

​

What do I do if my order is damaged?

​

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team via e-mail or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form.

I received the wrong products, what do I do?

​

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via email to  or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible. We will pay for any shipping fees.

I don't want the product(s), can I get my refund?

​

You have 30 days after your purchase to request your refund. You'll get full refund on the price of the product(s) and need(s) to be in excellent condition. You will not get a refund on the shipping cost plus you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. You can choose any carrier you want as long as the product gets to us. Please contact our customer service team via email to info@tonyrabbs.com or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form.

I want another size or color, what do I do?

​

You have to do this within 30 days of your purchase. You'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. We will ship back your product(s) using international standard shipping with MexPost unless you want to pay again ground or air shipping. Please make sure you choose the right size or color to avoid additional shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team via email to info@tonyrabbs.com or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form.

Some countries charge additional import/customs fees or taxes, who will pay for these fees?

​

The importer (person or business) receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay for any import/customs fees or taxes placed on the products. If the recipient refuses delivery of the package and any associated import fees and those fees are charged to our shipping account, those fees and any return costs will be charged to the recipient in the form of an invoice or by deducting the amount from the recipient refund.

Why wasn't I notified ahead of time about import/customs fees or taxes?

​

Import/Customs fees and taxes are charged on a case by case basis and do not affect all international shipments. Whenever possible, you will be contacted in advance by the shipping company or a customs agent with an estimated Import Tax/Fee cost prior to your package being assessed by Customs of any country. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service by the shipping service and they are often not aware of any applicable charges until after the package has been delivered.

What international shipping carriers does TONY RABBS® use worldwide?

FedEx, DHL and UPS. These are the best companies for international shipping. Individuals and businesses rely on these shipping carriers to deliver their packages safely and quickly.

I want to purchase more TONY RABBS® products but they are out of stock. What can I do ?

​

We are so sorry to hear that we are out of stock of the product you are looking for! Please contact our customer service team at  and let us know your needs. Our low inventories are caused by an increase in our global sales. ​

What do I need to purchase a product from TONY RABBS®?

​

You need a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. Please make sure one of our international carriers (FedEx, DHL or UPS) operates in your location.
