International Shipping is more complex than domestic shipping. If you purchase any items from TONY RABBS® please make sure you choose the right size and color. If you want to return the products you will have to pay additional shipping costs unless we made a mistake in your order or the product is defective. 92% of our customers do it right and do not need to pay any additional shipping costs.

Shipping

All our products are shipped from Mexico to more than 220 countries around the world. Our warehouse is located in Mexico (near the border with the United States) for international strategic expansion. We recommend choosing DHL, UPS and FedEx as your international shipping carriers for fast delivery. We also offer free international standard shipping with MexPost and your local postal service. This is a reliable service but it takes a longer period of time and sometimes shipping delays may occur. You must take this into consideration especially during holiday season.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns happen for different reasons: customers want to change size or color, product is defective, product is no longer needed, customers change their mind after the purchase, a mistake from us in your order, customers order wrong product, customers do not like the product, etc. If you request to return any product it must be sent in excellent condition.

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase and the customer must pay the shipping unless an item is defective or if we make a mistake in your order. Please write us an email to info@tonyrabbs.com or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form (located below on this page).

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us by filling out the Shipping & Returns Form (located below on this page) and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

If any products are defective, our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team via e-mail or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form (located below on this page). We will only pay for return shipping if an item is defective or if we make a mistake in your order.

Refund

If you do not want your product for any reason, you have 30 days after your purchase to request your refund. You will get full refund on the price of the product(s) and need(s) to be returned in excellent condition. You will not get a refund on the shipping cost plus you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. You can choose any carrier you want as long as the product gets to us. You may contact our customer service team via e-mail or fill out the Shipping & Returns Form (located below on this page).

Import/Customs Fees

Some countries charge additional import/customs fees or taxes. The importer (person or business) receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay for any import/customs fees or taxes placed on the products. If the recipient refuses delivery of the package and any associated import fees and those fees are charged to our shipping account, those fees and any return costs will be charged to the recipient in the form of an invoice or by deducting the amount from the recipient refund.

 

Import-Customs fees or taxes are charged on a case by case basis and do not affect all international shipments. Whenever possible, you will be contacted in advance by the shipping company or a customs agent with an estimated Import Tax/Fee cost prior to your package being assessed by Customs of any country. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service by the shipping service and they are often not aware of any applicable charges until after the package has been delivered.
